Students selected for The MasterCard Foundation Scholars Program receive full or partial financial support to pursue their education. The program admits individuals with financial needs who have demonstrated strong academic achievements, leadership and a commitment to giving back to the community. In addition to financial support, scholars partake in extracurricular activities skills training for leadership and career success.
How to apply
The program works with partner institutions who are responsible for identifying and enrolling the scholars. Current MBA programs that are supported by the MasterCard Foundation include:
The Haas School of Business: a student would need to secure additional funding from Haas Business School through obtaining Haas scholarships, which requires meeting the Round One application deadline.
